This Safety Disclaimer applies to the HaulFuse mobile and web applications and related services provided by Rovira Technology Group, LLC ("HaulFuse," "we," "us," or "our"). By using HaulFuse in connection with an oversize or overweight move, you acknowledge the limitations below and remain responsible for complying with the laws, permits, safety requirements, and operating procedures that apply to your work.

1. HaulFuse Does Not Authorize a Move

A status, checklist, comparison, notification, route display, "ready" indicator, or other result shown in HaulFuse is not a permit, governmental authorization, engineering determination, or independent safety certification. The applicable permit, permit route, governmental restrictions, law-enforcement instructions, utility requirements, and other official directions control.

2. Clearance and Height Verification

HaulFuse can help drivers, high-pole operators, escorts, and dispatchers record and compare measurements. Those tools are intended to create an additional verification step, not to independently determine whether a load will clear a bridge, wire, sign, tree, traffic signal, railroad structure, construction zone, or other obstruction.

• Users are responsible for taking accurate measurements with appropriate equipment and methods.
• Users must investigate and resolve any mismatch, uncertainty, obstruction, or unsafe condition before proceeding.
• Any high-pole setting or clearance buffer shown or entered in HaulFuse must be confirmed against the applicable permit, jurisdictional requirements, company procedures, and current field conditions.
• A matching measurement in HaulFuse does not guarantee physical clearance.

3. Permits and Regulatory Requirements

HaulFuse may store, organize, display, or assist with reviewing oversize/overweight permits. HaulFuse does not issue permits and does not guarantee that a permit is current, complete, valid for the vehicle/load combination, valid for the date or time of travel, or sufficient for a particular movement.

Drivers, carriers, escorts, dispatchers, and other responsible parties must review the original permit and comply with all applicable federal, state, provincial, local, utility, law-enforcement, and roadway requirements.

4. AI-Assisted Permit Reading

HaulFuse may use Anthropic's Claude API to assist with extracting information from an uploaded permit, such as states, dates, dimensions, weights, restrictions, route details, or other text. AI-assisted extraction can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong.

5. Maps, Routes, GPS, and Third-Party Navigation

HaulFuse may display route information or provide handoff links to services such as Apple Maps, Google Maps, inRoute, or other third-party mapping/navigation products. Mapping data, GPS position, road conditions, bridge data, construction information, closures, restrictions, and routing results can be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable.

General-purpose navigation is not a substitute for the issued oversize/overweight permit route or a required route survey. Users must verify the approved route and current conditions independently before and during travel.

6. Safety Holds, Alerts, and Notifications

HaulFuse may help communicate safety holds, incidents, tire/equipment problems, readiness status, or other operational alerts. Delivery can be delayed or fail because of device settings, cellular coverage, internet availability, third-party service interruptions, disabled notifications, GPS limitations, or other technical conditions.

Do not rely on HaulFuse as the sole means of communicating an urgent hazard. Follow your normal radio, telephone, company, law-enforcement, utility, emergency, and roadside procedures as appropriate.

7. Not an Emergency Service

HaulFuse is not an emergency-response service and does not replace 911, emergency medical services, fire departments, law enforcement, utility emergency contacts, roadway authorities, or other emergency responders. If there is an immediate threat to life, property, public safety, or infrastructure, contact the appropriate emergency authority using the fastest available method.

8. User-Entered and Third-Party Information

HaulFuse relies in part on information entered or uploaded by users and information provided by third parties. Rovira Technology Group, LLC does not independently verify every measurement, permit, route, job posting, company detail, pilot-car profile, insurance status, certification, qualification, or other item submitted to HaulFuse.

If information appears incomplete, inconsistent, outdated, or unsafe, stop and verify it before proceeding.

9. Pilot Marketplace and Independent Operators

Where the HaulFuse Pilot Marketplace or related directory/job-request features are available, HaulFuse may help trucking companies, brokers, pilot-car companies, and independent operators find and communicate with one another. Unless HaulFuse expressly states that a specific credential or item has been verified, a listing should not be treated as verification of that user's licensing, certification, insurance, equipment, experience, availability, legal compliance, or fitness for a specific job.

Marketplace users are independent parties. Rovira Technology Group, LLC is not the employer, motor carrier, broker, insurer, supervisor, or agent of a marketplace pilot or hiring company merely because they connected through HaulFuse. The parties are responsible for evaluating one another and for the terms, rate, performance, safety, and legality of their work relationship.

10. Professional Judgment and Stop-Work Responsibility

Nothing in HaulFuse should be interpreted as directing a driver, pilot car, high-pole operator, dispatcher, or other professional to continue moving when that person believes conditions are unsafe or noncompliant. Users should stop, hold, investigate, communicate, and obtain appropriate authorization whenever conditions require it.

11. Availability and Technology Limitations

Software, internet connections, GPS, cloud services, mobile devices, APIs, artificial intelligence systems, and notification services can fail. HaulFuse may be unavailable, delayed, inaccurate, or interrupted. Each organization remains responsible for maintaining procedures that allow the operation to be conducted safely if HaulFuse or a connected service is unavailable.

12. No Safety Guarantee

HaulFuse is designed to improve coordination, visibility, documentation, and verification, but no software can eliminate all risk. Use of HaulFuse does not guarantee that an accident, property strike, route deviation, permit violation, injury, delay, loss, or other incident will be prevented.

13. Relationship to Other HaulFuse Terms

This Safety Disclaimer supplements the HaulFuse Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If a mandatory law or regulation provides rights or obligations that cannot legally be waived or limited, that law or regulation controls.
